As you prepare to enter the Education Grid please listen to this recording from the official launch event and also consider these 3 important notes:

1. Ensure that you have the most current version of JAVA, available HERE FREE OF CHARGE.
   


2. When voice chatting be sure to use a HEADSET that has a microphone otherwise you'll generate audio feedback.
   


3. Understand that this is VERY EARLY-STAGE TECHNOLOGY: Please be patient, and prepare for a bumpy ride. If you have problems or need help send an email message to the Wonderland User Community Group that you were automatically subscribed to (signed up for) when you requested access to the Education Grid.
